- We require a 30% non refundable deposit for all appointments.

To book an appointment, you will have to create an account with Fresha. Per policy we require a 30% deposit to confirm your appointment.

Policies
Booking & Scheduling
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system (Fresha) or by calling our salon directly. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete our intake form.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum 6 hour notice for appointments that are 30 minutes or less. If you’re appointment is longer than that, we require a minimum 12 hour notice. Cancellations made with outside the time frames or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Late arrival fees may apply.

A minimum duration of 20-30 minutes, as our hand-method sugaring technique is performed in small, precise sections.
